Refund policy

For piece of mind we offer returns up to 30 days after the purchase date for most of our products. We are happy to exchange for credit, or refund providing the following conditions are met:

• The item is returned within 30 days from the date of the original order.
• Presents "as new" in appearance, be unused, have no signs of wear and tear, and must not be damaged or soiled.
• Be packaged in its original undamaged packaging with any included tags. 
• That the item's original packaging is not marked or used as the outer layer of packaging for transport. Please ensure you do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging. e.g. Shoe boxes must be placed inside another box or satchel for shipping.
• When returning goods please include a copy of your receipt and the reason for the return.

If the above return criteria are not met we may decline the return.

*Please note all size guides are provided by suppliers and although we do our best to ensure these are accurate, they can vary person to person and brand to brand. If an item does not fit, it is considered a change of mind return.

*All return shipping is done at the cost of the customer.

We are unable to take returns on the following:

• Canoes, Kayaks and Packboats
• Safety equipment 

Although we do not do returns for these items, we are willing to work with our customers and provide assistance in any way we can on a case by case basis.
