Esquif canoes are from Quebec, Canada and are the creators of T-formex, the famous industry replacement for Royalex (discontinued in 2014). T-formex boats are lighter, stiffer and less susceptible to hull warping than rotomolded boats. This material fills the gap for getting closer to composite performance but still  being robust enough to handle hard wear and tear!
